Progress of a program
For a coaching programme consisting of 6, 9 or 12 sessions, I always offer a free introductory meeting.
This is an exploratory conversation to see if there’s a genuine connection between us.
This introductory meeting lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The reason it’s free is simple: trust, openness and honesty form the basis of effective coaching.
If there isn’t a connection, there’s no point in continuing.
The subsequent sessions in the coaching programme also last approximately one hour to one hour and a quarter.
Structure:
1. Introductory meeting – 30 minutes
2. Intake meeting with the parties involved
3. Coaching sessions
4. Mid-programme evaluation
5. Final evaluation
I do not offer one-off coaching sessions, as a minimum of 6 sessions are required to change beliefs, habits and thinking patterns.
The first 2 to 4 sessions are scheduled weekly, as this is when progress is made most quickly.
During our first meeting, we’ll explore what you want to develop or in which areas you want to grow, and translate this into a personalised programme.
You’ll regularly receive short exercises to work on at home, which will help you change your thought patterns more quickly.
At the end of each session and at the end of the programme, we’ll reflect on whether you’ve achieved the intended results. If not, we’ll work together to identify what’s needed to achieve those results.
