As an executive ICF transformation Coach & professional Trainer, I empower individuals, companies, and teams to reach their full potential through interactive, individual, or group-based growth journeys. This process is followed by an in-depth follow-up, in which I guide individuals, companies, and teams through a ICF transformation — from fear to self-confidence — enabling them to function in balance and with genuine enthusiasm. This is always based on demand-driven themes or aligned with my own offerings.

This life philosophy, combined with my knowledge and expertise, as well as my broad interest in the human psyche, encouraged me to pursue training as a Certified Executive Coach at ICF.
At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a selection of my fields of expertise reflected in the certificates and degrees I’ve obtained, where practice and sharing expertise are, for me, a true win-win.
Lifelong learning is and remains my motto to preserve the youthfulness of mind and heart, and to transform connection into mutual STRENGTH.
On the one hand, to satisfy my own ‘hunger’, and on the other, to ‘feed’ others in their self-development, starting from a paradigm shift.
♥ My pride lies in the fact that, in the heat of the moment during and after the terrorist attacks in Brussels, I was the first Dutch-speaking school in Brussels to launch the project ‘A Heart for Teachers and Businesses’.
My school team was coached according to this innovative philosophy.
The project was supported in both vision and mission by then Minister of Education, Hilde Crevits.
The project provides continuity in both urban and rural schools, while also strengthening leaders, entrepreneurs, and team members. A win-win, right?

History …
♥ My 20-year career in Business & Education has shaped my personality and provided me with a great deal of knowledge and expertise.
♥ After completing my teacher training at KHBO Sint-Andreas Bruges (now VIVES Bruges), I taught for 10 years in multicultural schools in Brussels, including in Sint-Gillis and Schaerbeek.
Living in Bruges, I commuted daily to Brussels… heading towards a world full of diversity, open-mindedness, and both beautiful and harsh realities.
♥ In addition to teaching, I spent 5 years working on policy development with policymakers, politicians and provincial deputies at both the Flemish and provincial levels, as a LOP (Local Consultation Platform) expert and health coach.
Always with the aim of supporting citizens, my work was cross-network, network-transcending, and focused on breaking taboos.
Theory (policy) as well as practice (educational and business experience) inspired me to take on the role of primary school director at a campus site in Sint-Agatha-Berchem and later at the Steiner School in Bruges, in order to implement the best practices, experiences and the lessons learned throughout my career.
Oiheba works with team members, policymakers, educational partners, well-being partners, entrepreneurs, leaders, young people, and parents, and is always among the people.
Oiheba does this as an entrepreneur + colleague + mediator + leader + teacher + Certified Executive Coach + trainer + speaker = AUTHENTIC.
♥ The Rock Academy, led by Inge Rock — certified coach, teacher, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team — gave me the drive to respond to the societal needs of the individual, building on my national and provincial expertise.
